Orientation Program and Freshers’ Reception Summer 2016

The Orientation Program and Freshers’ Reception of the newly admitted students for Summer Semester 2016 in different academic programs of Royal University of Dhaka (RUD) were held at the RUD Students Lounge on 04 June 2016. The objective of the program was to welcome the new students and orient them to the university facilities, faculty members, administrative staffs and academic system. Dr. H B M Iqbal, Hon’ble Vice Chairman, BOT, RUD graced the occasion as Chief Guest. He expressed his dream, expectation and future expansion plan of the university. His inspirational and motivational speech encouraged the students and all audience. Mr. Imran Iqbal, Member, BOT, RUD and Mr. Ehsan Khashru, Advisor, Premier Bank Ltd. attended the program as Special Guests and spoke on the occasion. Ms. Sharmin Nishat, Senior Assistant Registrar welcomed the students to the campus and assured them a comfortable and useful stay at RUD. Among others, Professor Manik Kanti Mazumder, Dean (Acting), Faculty of Business Administration; Professor Anisur Rahman, Head, Department of Business Administration and other Heads of the Departments and Sections were also present in the program and spoke on various aspects and facilities of the university.
