2019 was an eventful year for the Department of English in Royal University of Dhaka. Students participated in a prestigious Language League 2019 on 18th of October in the North South University and won prizes in two different categories.

The students and the faculty of English Department also organized a farewell party for their outgoing students of 2019 at our library premises. The program was presided over by our honorable VC Prof. Dr. P.C. Sarker. The other dignitaries like Dr. A. Haque Talukder and Dean Prof. Manik Kanti Majumder also delivered their valuable speeches in that occasion.

It was a day long fun filled program. Students from different semesters took part in singing, dance, recitation, ramp show. The students were facilitated by a crest and flowers.
